Main objective:
Users’ training to the new services provided by FAST platform presentation of the results.
These workpackages will carry out similar tasks in Sheffield and Valencia, in follow-up to WP7 and WP8. In Sheffield, FAST will be deployed in the education system administration; in Valencia it will be deployed in the regional authority, and in companies using the eProcurement platform.
The workpackage leaders will be, respectively, Sheffield City Council and the Regional Government of Valencia. The Sheffield deployment will involve ten schools and around 500 parents. In both cases, user training will be provided, as will training for officials who will provide ongoing support for the users. User satisfaction surveys will be carried out for both deployments.
The FASTeTEN project will conclude with presentations of the results of the deployments.
