Main objective:
Definition of the electronic workflow within the procurement systems in the Region of Valencia.
This workpackage, led by the Regional Government of Valencia, will work in a similar way to workpackage 3 (analysis of electronic workflow in the Sheffield pilot deployment). The objective will be to define the electronic lifecycle workflow underlying procurement procedures in Valencia, so that FAST can be integrated into existing eProcurement systems in the region. In common with WP3, the workpackage will define rules, data formats, system functionalities and integration procedures.
The workpackage will then validate the functional specifications.
