Main objective :
To ensure delivery of the project on time and in line with forecasted budgets through extensive coordination.
The leader of this workpackage, CG78, will oversee the management and coordination of the FASTeTEN project. The main objective is to ensure the delivery of the project on time and within budget. This will be done through extensive coordination involving all the partners; CG78 will ensure each partner’s role is clearly defined and in accordance with the capacity and requirements of the partner in question.
In practical terms, CG78 will define the project’s organisational structure, organise project meetings, ensure running of the project to plan, liaise with the European Commission, administer the project (technical and contractual reporting), manage the working groups, and monitor the quality of the deliverables.
