Norwegian software firm to assist FASTeTEN projectMore Software Solutions, a Norwegian firm of developers, will participate in the FASTeTEN project by providing software for a form-server platform that will generate forms that can be completed by citizens or businesses, before being signed, authenticated and dispatched using the FAST bundle of services. More is based in Oslo and describes itself as a developer of web-based software tools that enable customers to "analyze information from customers, audience, co-workers, seminar participants, partners and other groups of interest. The entire process, from defining electronic services, publishing them online, collecting data, managing incoming data and reporting the results, is done in the users web browser." The software provided by More will be used in two pilot projects under development within the FASTeTEN project. The pilots will take place in the city of Prato (Italy) and in the region of South Yorkshire (United Kingdom). Prato and South Yorkshire’s e@SY Connects organisation are both part of the FASTeTEN potential deployers group. Prato is a city of around 185,000 people in Tuscany. e@SY Connects works across the South Yorkshire region, with the objective of connecting local public services, such as employment advice services, online health information and medical appointments, and educational services. In Prato, the potential pilot deployment would relate to provision of electronic forms to citizens, and automatic completion, validation and timestamping of the forms.
